Senior Wellness Community Center
More now than ever, Florida seniors are pursuing an active lifestyle. Ocala Health Senior Wellness Community Center combines the finest programs with a location convenient to many of the area’s largest 50+ communities.
The Center, located in the Friendship Commons at On Top of the World, is an off-site location of Ocala Regional Medical Center & West Marion Community Hospital that offers a wide variety of services to the community, in addition to being a home for the H2U program. Services include:
- Educational classes and seminars
- Health and wellness screenings
- Support groups

H2U, Health 2 You, of Ocala Health is a membership program geared towards those 50+ that offers benefits and events that help individuals get out of the house, meet new friends, exercise or just try something new. Many of H2U’s current classes are now conveniently located at the Senior Wellness Community Center. Some of these classes include:
