Ocala, FL – Ocala Health will host its third annual Women’s Wellness Day at the College of Central Florida on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 9:00am to 2:00pm. A health fair and screenings will be held in the Ewers Center of the College of Central Florida.Following that, nutrition leader Zonya Foco, RD will be the keynote speaker at a lunchtime presentation of “Be Good to Your Sweet Heart” in the Klein Theatre.
During the health fair, attendees will have an opportunity to speak one-on-one with clinical specialists in cardiovascular disease, orthopedics, bariatric surgery, diabetes, nutrition,diagnostic imaging, neuroscience, and GYN health. Body fat, BMI, strength, balance, blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose screenings and various risk assessments will be offered.
As an author, TV host and national speaker, Zonya Foco is leading America in the fight against obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart disease through smart nutrition and fitness.
